Layered obtained with pure cotton fabric components after treatment with phenolic thermosetting resins.
The laminate, after particular polymerization treatments, presents characteristics suitable for obtaining pieces intended for the electromechanical, electrotechnical, mechanical sectors, etc.
The sheet bakelized canvas is available in four types: G with 26 threads per cm², M with 40 threads per cm², F with 44 threads per cm² and FF with 60 threads per cm².
Available formats: slabs, bar.
Characteristics
Thicknesses: for types G - M - F - FF starting from 0.5 mm
Tolerances: compliant with UNEL 02612 tables
Colour: natural or, on request, also in black with a minimum supply to be fixed from time to time.
Commercial format: approximately 1050 x 1050 mm
Indicative uses: the particular mechanical resistance together with the good dielectric characteristics is exploited in the canvas-resin laminate. It is therefore used in the construction of silent gears, camshafts, bushings, bearings for rolling mills, vanes for decompressors and other various parts for all industrial sectors, etc.
