Ester-based polyurethane hose reinforced with a copper-coloured polyurethane-coated steel spiral to ensure optimum adhesion to the wall and maximum safety in use. Completely smooth inner surface to optimise the flow of transported media; constant 0.7 mm wall thickness for all diameters. Robust yet light and flexible, it is also suitable for heavy-duty work thanks to an abrasion resistance capacity of 20 mm3 (50% more than a normal TPU hose).
Resistant to mineral oils, ageing, weathering, ozone and many chemicals, the hose is made of special TPU with combined characteristics that make the wall material permanently antistatic (R<10^9 Ohm/m) and UV-resistant. This compound also provides superior resistance to hydrolytic attack compared to normal foreign TPU hoses.
COLOUR: translucent with polyurethane-coated high-adhesion steel spiral.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -40 °C; +90 °C.
FIELD OF APPLICATION: suction systems, ceramic and wood industry, suction of chips, sawdust, fumes and abrasive dust, even in critical conditions.
The hose can be made conductive (R<10^2 Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral.
