Blue silicone sheets detectable by metal detectors

The blue detectable silicone sheets, thanks to a special formulation of the compound, are detectable by the metal detector, allowing, in fact, to highlight any contamination in the product due to the breakage of silicone parts used within the production lines. Thanks to this verification it is possible to intervene promptly, isolating contaminated products and preventing them from being placed on the market. They are therefore suitable for contact with food (compliant with EC Directive 1935/2004 and FDA 21 CFR 177-2600).

Their main application is related to the production of gaskets, tapes, carpets, strips, separators, bulkheads and other parts intended for the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
